做外贸的，T/T或者D/P付款，经常会碰到客户付款信息是如下这个，

• 30% deposit upon PO
• 70% on the sight of B/L copy
  

30% deposit upon PO，也就是说，客户下订单的时候，同时预付30%的定金。
70% on the sight of B/L copy，当产品生产完毕，准备发货了，在客人付款余款前才将提单(B/L)副本告知客人，客人凭此提货。

这里B/L是什么意思？B/L全称是bill of lading，是一种海上运输提单，按货物是否已装船区分，是运输合同的证明，按货物是否已装船区分分为已装船提单(Shipped B/L or on Board B/L)和收货待运提单(Received for Shipment B/L)两种。
